Dato’ Dr. Eddy Sik Poh Meng brings together the rare combination of academic rigour, corporate depth, and public service commitment that defines truly purposeful leadership.
As Adjunct Professor at ALFA University College, he shapes postgraduate programme development and champions professional upskilling for working adults and industry practitioners. His public service extends across multiple national roles including Deputy Superintendent of the Royal Malaysia Police Volunteer Reserve, and Appointed Nominee of the Malaysia Department of Insolvency (MDI).
It is precisely this breadth of experience across education, community, energy, and corporate recovery that led Dato’ Dr.Eddy to establish Futurists Labs Sdn. Bhd. (FLSB). Recognising a critical gap in how Malaysian organisations approach the future, he built FLSB as an applied foresight firm where leaders are equipped to engage with uncertainty before it demands a response.
Under his stewardship, FLSB stands for something deliberate: foresight that is grounded in real world context, relevant to the Malaysian and regional landscape, and designed to strengthen the quality of leadership decisions.
